     Bhartiya Mahavidyaya, Amravati NCC Unit 4 MAH gils Bn. There are 74 girls cadets in 2016-17 this academic year. There were these events took place.

  1. ATC Camp 22 Nov. to 2 Dec. 2016 in this ten days camp were drill competition,cultural Program & other activities. There were 30 cadets participated in this camp.

  2. That Sainik Camp 13 July 2016 to 25 July 2016 in this shooting camp 3 cadets participated.

  3. National Integration Camp organized National game , Mumbai then after All India National game, Delhi six cadet in handball team in our unit.

  4. National Integration Camp at Secunderabad detailment for Maharashtra directade ANO Bhate. Camp duration 1 Aut. To 12 Aug. 2016.

  5. Weapon training for girls 40 cadets every year.

Social Activities

  1. Tree plantation – 6 Aug 2016 at College premises 3 cadet took part this Social activity.

  2. Pulse Polio – 20 Jan. 2017 in this social Medical activity 10 cadet participated at Sanjivani Hospital, Irwin Hospital.

  3. Self Defence Program (--------------) Demostration by Shri Wankhede from Army. Actively 30 cadets demo & participated program took on 26 Jan. 2017.

     NCC is very beneficial for all our Youth of India either boy or girls to enhance the overall personality in Youth. Groom personality, Inhence discipline in youth. The body posture due to various physical activities during the training period. Good leadership quality, great Patriotism, Beneficial in Government jobs as well as private sector & higher education in central university. For the girls ‘C’ certificate holder direct selection in all defense forces SSB without written Exam.

    BMV unit Enrolled 74 cadets.

  1. CATC – 146 - 8 MAH Bn at Amravati 27 Sep. to 08 Oct. 2017 this camp attended 4 cadet & CATC – at Yavatmal 16 Dec. to 25 Dec. 2017. In this camp 4 cadet were actively participated.

  2. CATC – 121, 8 MAH Bn at Amravati 12 Jan. to 21 Jan. 2018. Organized by 4 MAH Girls Bndetailed. ANO Bhate & 15 GIRLS cadets Participated in this camp.

  3. Swacchata Abhiyan 8 Aug. to 14 Aug. 2017. In this week Rally on Shivtekdi “Health & Hygeine” speech by Col Kavi Rao. All cadets were present & poster competition ‘Swacchata Abhiyan’ 25 cadets took part.

  4. 26 Nov. 2017 Savidhan day celebrated “Indian Constitution” In formative speech by prof. Adho.

  5. 26 Jan. Republic Day celebration on Parade & Flag hosting by Principal Dr. Aradhana Vaidya.

     Institution training conducted at colleges the mainstay of NCC training and is conducted by Associate NCC officers. Firstlyto Expose young cadets to a ‘regimental way of life which is essential to indicate them the values of unity & Discipline.

     NCC a part of difrence through the NCC Special Entry Scheme. NCC ‘C’ certificate holding girls with ‘A’ or ‘B’ grading & graduation degree min. 50% Marks can apply for officer rank in difference. Through this scheme they are directly allowed to the SSB Interview.

     Bhartiya Mahavidyalaya, Amravati Unit 4 MAH GIRLS Bn NCC Amravati group. There are 74 Girls cadet in 2015-16 session. In this session, there were these NCC event took place.

  1. Yoga Day 21 June 2015 at HVPM 58 girls participated 12 Lakh cadets all over India performed Yoga at a time at 7.30 a.m.

  2. NIC Mumbai 17 Oct. to 28 Oct. 2015 at Indian Navy, Mumbai. Ku. Rohini Sonone was selected & actively participated.

  3. CATC + TSC III Camp at 8 MAH Bn, Amravati 7 Sept. to 16 Sept. 2015. Our unit 14 GIRLS cadets participated in this Camp.

  4. In BMV NCC unit speech for guidance & Motivation to cadets by Capt. Anand Patharkar on “Opportunities of Amy Posts in Arms Forces”. This lecture 200 Girls & Boys cadet & students attended the program.

  5. LT Mangala Bhate – NCC Refresher course at officer Training Academy, Gwalior has been completed successfully, 1 July to 30 July 2015.

Social Activities

  1. Tree plantation 6 Aug. 2015. This program organized by NCC girls unit. Forest Saplings plantation at Maltekdi, Amravati & Saplings distributed to student.

  2. Pulse Polio 20 Jan 2016 to held in Sanjivani Hospital. Twenty cadets helped in this PP program whole day.

     The discussion for Motto of NCC was started in 11 central advisory meeting held on 11 Aug. 1978. At that time many Mottos in the mind but 12 Oct. 1980 they selected & declared “Unity and Discipline” as Motto for NCC.

     The Aims of the NCC was laid out 1988 NCC aims at developing discipline, character, brotherhood the spirit of adventure & ideals of Selfless Services young citizens, Also aims to enlighten leadership qualities among the youth who will serve the nation. It also Motivates they young to choose carrier in armed forces.

     BMV girls unit of 4 MAH GIRLS Bn Amravati. There are74 cadets in 2014-2015, this academic year there were these event took place.

NCC Activity

  1. Annual Training Camp in 3 July 2014 to 13 July 2014 at 8 MAH Br. Amravati cadets participated in this Camp.

  2. National Sports Camp (8 admintan) Mumbai 15 July to 25 July 2014 in this Camp selected 2 cadets actively participation.

  3. GVM Camp at 8 MAH Bn 8 Aut 2014 to 18 Aug. 2014 participed 6 cadet our unit.

  4. Inter Group Athletic State Level Camp at Aurangabad 16 Sep. 2014 to 26 Sep. 2014. This camp 2 cadet selected and represent our Bn.

  5. Attachment Armed Forces Hospital (National Level) 10 Nov. to 19 Nov. 2014 at PUNE 06 cadets completed successfully.

  6. ‘Basic Leadership Camp’ Detailment of Lt Bhate. “In this Camp” Youth Motivational Lecture by Lt Mangala Bhate.

Social Activities

  1. ‘Anti Drunk & Drive’ Rally Rout NCC Bhavan to Rajkamal Chowk’ 10 July 2014. BMV. 25 cadets in participated.

  2. ‘Save girl child’ rally organize by 4 MAH GIRLS Bn in this activity our unit 25 cadets actively participated. Rajkamal Chowk, Irwin to NCC Bhavan. Then after gave to youth.

  3. Tree plantation is known as reforestation. Forest has been harvested by human activity Tree planting is carried out many different part of the world. Tree remove Coz from the atmosphere. Desert greening Projects. NCC cadets are Motivated of Tree plantation. On 6 Aug. 2014 at BMV Premises. Lt Mangala Bhate, Principal, Dr. A.G. Gadewar were distributed 250 plant & Tree plantation on various places, Shiv Tekadi, Highway, College, School also. ‘My duty My earth’ program distributed saplings.

     The National cadet crops is Indian military cadet crops with its Headquarters at New Delhi. Its open to school and college student on voluntary basis National Cadet crops is a Tri- services organization comprising the Army, Navy and Air force, engaged in grooming the youth of the country into disciplined and patriotic citizens. The cadets are given basic military training in small arms and parades.

  1. Special National Integration Camp (SNIC) at Nagaland 18 June 2013 to 29 June 2013 Participated Lt. Managla Bhate

  2. Pre- RD Camp Detailment of ANO Lt. Bhate

  3. ATC (Annual Training Camp) 22 Nov. 2013 to 1 Dec. 2013 Participated 20 Cadets, 20 girls Cadets took active participated Drill Competition, Cultural program, Group-Discussion (mobile advantages of Disadvantages) & weapon training, shooting.

  4. All India National Camp, New Delhi 12 Nov. to 22 Nov. 2013 in this Camp Selected Cadet Hemlata Kusram & actively participation.

  5. NIC Camp, Mumbai 5 Cadets participated, took the achievement 4 medal awarded to the cadets.

  6. Selina Thomas from USA gave speech on self Defence Techniques ‘for girls’ NCC 30 cadets our unit NCC girls cadets attended the speech, Guest came to Rotary Exchange program date 11 Han. 2014.

Social Activities

  1. Breaset Cancer workshop by Dr. Jayashree Ingole, Cancer Surgeon – 8 Jan 2014. Number of NCC cadets & students (girls), Lecturers presented 100.

  2. Tree plantation programe 8 MAH Bn NCC, 20 cadets participated 13 Aug. 2013.

  3. Pulse Polio Programe held in Sanjivani Hospital 20th Jan 2014 – 20 cadets participated in this programe.

NCC BOYS Unit

     N.C.C. is voluntary organization which recruits cadets from school, colleges & Universities all over India and college going students are open to volunteer. The cadets are given basic military training with small arms and parades. The cadets have no liability for active military service once they complete their course, but are given preference over normal candidates during selections in forces.

     The NCC in India formed with National Cadets Corps Act, 1948. NCC is Tri-services organization comprising the Army, Navy and Air Force; engaged in grooming the youth of the country into disciplined and patriotic citizens.

     In 1963 Bharatiya Mahavidyalaya, Amravati was established and from beginning NCC was introduced. This Unit was attached to 8 Maharashtra Battalion , Amravati (S.D.) . Lieutenant S.B.Chinchamaltpure, Major R.B.Bijwe, Captain P.P.Joshi presided over as Associated NCC Officer. At present Captain Dr. S.R.Raghuwanshi is working as Associated NCC Officer.

     Many cadets of this college has participated in various camps at National level, like T.S.C., RDC, Army Attachment Camp, NIC, Basic Leadership Camp, Trekking Camp, Scuba diving camp, Para ceiling camp are organized by the NCC and through which cadets are groomed as a good and responsible citizens.
